How Long Does Shipping Take?
Processing time is currently 2–3 weeks unless otherwise stated. Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your selected shipping method and location.
If you need your order sooner, please contact me before purchasing to confirm availability.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available. Delivery times and customs fees vary by country. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery.
Returns, Exchanges, & Damages
What is your return policy?
Because each item is custom-made to order, returns are not accepted.
Can I make changes to my order?
Changes can only be made before production begins. If you need to update details, contact me immediately after placing your order.
Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours and include clear photos of the item and packaging. I will either issue a refund or remake the item if time permits.

Do you accept custom requests?
Absolutely. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, send me a message with your theme, colors, and event date. I’m happy to create something uniquely tailored to your event.
