Refund policy
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
- Orders are processed within 2-3 weeks
- Estimated delivery times are 2-5 business days based on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
- Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be unexpected delays due to factors beyond our control, such as:
- High shipping volumes during holidays
- Weather disruptions
- Carrier delays (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Customs processing (for international orders)
If your order is delayed, please check your tracking number for updates.
LOST OR STUCK SHIPMENTS
- If your package has been in transit with no updates for 7 business days, we can open an investigation with the carrier.
- If a package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
- We do not offer refunds for carrier delays but will work with you to resolve any issues.
- If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or store credit (case-by-case basis).

If your item(s) are damaged during shipping, please reach out to me within 24 hours of receiving your product with photos of damaged item and/or packaging. I will do my best to remedy the situation.
